Hi everyone!

I’m trying to connect my Yousign account to Airtable using Zapier, to track document signatures for my coaching clients.

Here’s my setup:

• When a new document is signed via Yousign (contract at the beginning of the program, or final report + attendance sheet at the end), I want Zapier to automatically update the corresponding client’s record in Airtable.

• However, I need to create two separate Zaps depending on which document was signed:

1. The contract signed at the beginning of the coaching program.

2. The final documents signed at the end (summary report + attendance sheet).

❓My issue:

I can’t find a way to filter based on the name or title of the document that was signed in the Zap trigger. It seems Zapier doesn’t retrieve the document name from USIGN.

→ Is there a way to identify which document was signed (e.g. via title, ID, tag, or custom field)?

If not, are there any workarounds or best practices you would recommend to separate these documents in different Zaps?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi @bloomencia

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing the DATA OUT that is returned from the Yousign Zap trigger step.

@bloomencia

Perhaps the “Name” variable includes a value you can use in a Filter condition.

Or you can try reaching out to Yousign Support for help with their Zap app integration and possible guidance about how to filter in Zaps.

@Troy Tessalone

Thank you. I have tried already using name as a filter, but I have an error message when testing (see image attached).

I’ve reached out to Yousign, but no reply yet.

@bloomencia

For us to have info about the error post screenshots showing how the Airtable step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible.

Also, outline a specific example for us showing screenshots from Airtable for the record you are trying to find.
