Hey everyone,

I am looking for some help to automatically export all payment disputed and churn from Stripe to an excel sheet, using Zapier. Do you have any ideas?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Best,

Foucauld

Hi @Fouc

Check out the available Zap triggers/actions for each app…

Stripe: https://zapier.com/apps/stripe/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Excel: https://zapier.com/apps/excel/integrations#triggers-and-actions

For manually transferring past data, try Transfer by Zapier: https://transfer.zapier.com/new

Hey Troy,

Thank you for your response.

I can’t actually find a trigger for disputed / incomplete payments.

Can you help?

Best,

Foucauld

@Fouc

Try this Zap trigger: Stripe New Event

Thanks @Troy Tessalone

Hey Troy,

I sent you a linkedin to make things easier.

Indeed, the only missing part right now is to be able to send the info, as soon as a payment is failed on Stripe, to excel but it doesn’t allow me to link an existing excel sheet. (photo attached)

I am usually able to link excel sheet but in that case no. The only doc I can access is “document”, but I don’t have any excel sheet created there.

Would you mind giving me some helps?

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Cheers,

Foucauld

Hey there @Fouc!

You’ll want to try selecting the Excel spreadsheet in the Spreadsheet field before trying to select a worksheet from the Worksheet field:

That should hopefully allow you to select the spreadsheet and get rid of those “We’re having trouble loading...” errors. 🙂

It’s working. Thanks :)
