I’m trying to connect Zapier with Outlook 365 but it asks for admin approval.
Our Microsoft 365 admin wants to know the exact steps they need to take so that Zapier is enabled for all users (or selected groups) in our organization.

Has anyone here successfully set this up? Can you guide what permissions need to be granted in Azure AD?
I noticed that handling app consent and permissions is also part of the MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator exam, so I figured others might have run into the same scenario.
