How to delete documents created by ChatGPT?

I have a zap where a ChatGPT Conversation with Assistant action creates a Word document. When it creates the file, I can see it in the test results. I then reference that output to save the file into my cloud storage.

However, I cannot get the file ID itself anywhere from the output. I need the file ID in order to delete the file at the end of the zap, using a custom webhook action.

See below the action for deleting a file I upload myself via the zap. There is a file ID for it in ChatGPT action test outputs.

My issue is with deleting files generated by the ChatGPT action. There is no file ID mentioned anywhere.

Is there a way to get the file IDs for these files within the zap? If not, can we get the file ID exposed somehow?
