Hi Everyone,

Is there a way to log an Activity (Task) to Salesforce whenever an email is sent in Active Campaign?  I have to record the email activity in salesforce.

Thanks,

Geeta

Hi @Geeta

Are you trying to record when the entire AC Campaign sends OR to each individual recipient of an AC Campaign?

Hello @Troy Tessalone

I’m trying to record each individual recipient of active campaign (in Salesforce) who opens the email Campaign.

@Geeta

Try using this Zap trigger: AC - New Campaign Open

 @Troy Tessalone

Can you suggest me the relevant Event and Object for Salesforce action. I utilized the Create Record Event and Task Object to capture Email Activity. But I couldn't able to capture the recipient and sender email address in the created task

@Geeta

To get those data points from AC, you may have to try a different AC trigger: New Automation Webhook
