I want to implement an Action (not a Trigger) which makes a call to our API.
Why an Action instead of a Trigger you might ask?
Because a Trigger doesn't work with the "Schedule by Zapier" module.
It should retrieve "the latest changes", without any search parameters. But while promoting the new version, I get an Error "Requires at Least One Search Field".
What can I do to create an action which just retrieves data and can be used with the mentioned scheduler?
Kind regards

I am sorry but your answer wasn’t very helpful.
What you basically just did was say “Hi” and then link to an post of yours which in turn is a collection of links (ever tried to get something useful out of microsoftanswers?).
Would you be so kind and point out what I’m getting wrong in this scenario?
What I interpret out of your linked post is that I should use an action in conjunction with the code editor. I am doing this already.
But my main roadblock in the configuration workflow is an validation error in the release process.
Kind regards

To help us have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured along with the encountered error.
