How to create a Pipedrive note of an Intercom conversation transcript

Hi !

 

I am trying to create a zap that will post an Intercom conversation transcript as a note in the relevant Pipedrive deal.

So say we have a conversation with a customer in Intercom and the conversation gets closed. I would like that this conversation gets added as a note in the customer’s Pipedrive deal.

 

Any idea how to do this ?

I took a quick peek and it looks like this should be doable! A rough outline might look like:

  1. Trigger - New Closed Conversation - Intercom
  2. Action - Find Deal - Pipedrive
  3. Action - Create Note - Pipedrive
