Hello,

I’d like to create a zap action that creates a Note record that relates to a contact record in Salesforce. So far, my zap can create a note, but I’m not able to link it to a contact record.  Where can I see a field that let me do this? Appreciate if I could get some help.

Below is the screenshot of the step:

Hi @ASAoperations

Did you check the options in the dropdown for the Owner field?

Hi @Troy Tessalone ,

Yes, the owner field let me choose which user is the owner of the note, but not link the note to a contact record.

@ASAoperations

Maybe try adding a following step for Salesforce Update Record to see if that the available field to link to a Contact.

@ASAoperations

Probably best to open a ticket with Zapier Support for further help: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
