How to create a new lead message template

Hi Ahmed, here’s the exact kind of flow I used when I built a lead system for a client, maybe it helps you picture how to set yours up:

First, pick where the leads are coming from. For my client, I used a social inbox like Messenger, but it can be WhatsApp, IG DMs, a form, anything.

Then the flow was:

New message or new lead comes in
Capture the details into one place (Google Sheet or a CRM) so it’s clean and organized
Auto-send a first reply using a simple template (name + what they asked + next step)
Tag or segment them based on what they want so you’re not treating every lead the same
Then follow up automatically if they don’t reply within a few hours or the next day

If you’re running ads, you can extend the same flow into a content loop:

Video content goes out
Leads come in from that video
Leads get saved and segmented
Then you retarget that exact list with another ad or a stronger offer

So it’s basically: content or video to leads, leads to organized list, list to follow up and ads.
