Hey everyone, 

We are new to automation & are in dire need of some assistance. We are using zapier as a third-party to bridge the gap between our scheduling system (cal.com) & our CRM (Bigin by Zoho). The current issue is that Bigin does not natively allow you to create a deal in your sales pipeline per the information collected by cal.com when an appointment is scheduled. I am not a developer! & I’m sure there is a way where I can use the information someone provided while booking their consultation to create a deal in our pipeline. Please help !!!

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Cal.com - Booking Created
  2. Action: Bigin - Create Pipeline Record

Hey ​@Team UroHard,

I can understand how frustrating it can be to not get the desired workflow of connecting Cal with Zoho Bigin as it can get a bit more technical but would love to help you with it. The flow will go something like Cal Booking Trigger → Zoho Bigin create deal action but there are some more things to keep in mind that are custom fields, no duplicates and creating a contact before creating a deal if it doesn’t exist.
