How to count all records in an Airtable and send the count via email using Zapier?

Yes.

Also, you can probably use Airtable Automations for this.

Airtable Automations has a Find Records step and an Email step (or can use Gmail/Outlook steps).

Another way is to use linked records in Airtable.

2 Tables

• Table: Dashboard
  • Search for the 1 ”MAIN” record which will have the Count of all linked records from the Table XXX
• Table: XXX
  • Link all the records in Table XXX to 1 record in the Dashboard Table
  • Then you can add a Count field type in the Dashboard Table

I have already an automation in Airtable that finds all the records, and return the total “Length of Records”. However, there is a limit of 100 records in Airtable.
