  • How to connect Stripe and QuickBooks Online to transfer GiveWP donor details after a donation via Zapier?

I am having trouble connecting strip and QBO.  We are wanting the donor information details to be loaded into QBO after a donation has been submitted via GiveWP (who uses stripe for the transaction).  Any help would be greatly appreciated in helping to relieve the manual work.

Also, is it possible to have Zapier go back and pull the prior transactions and update the in QBO with the requested donor data above?

To help us have more context, post screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured, thanks.

 

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

You would have to use an advanced approach with the Stripe APIs to pull existing data.
