I’m looking to connect our WIX website to Agency Zoom automatically when a lead comes in from the WIX website. Currently, we have to go in and manually assign the agent, then manually put it into Agency Zoom. Is there a way to connect the two, and have it assign each lead in a round robin format? Leads can also ask for an agent preference, is there a way that if that area of the lead form is filled out, for it to be automatically assigned to that agent? I have started creating the ZAP but I’m missing a connection for the round robin to be effective. Greatly appreciate your help!
