Question

How to connect Klaviyo and Pipedrive, so replies become deals?

Hello!

We use Pipedrive as our CRM.

We previously used Woodpecker for cold email campaigns and every time we received a reply to our inbox, we had an automation that generated a deal card on Pipedrive.

Now we are using Klaviyo (because our marketing team uses it) and I want to create the same kind of automation for cold email campaigns.

I’m guessing that the automation is linked to “Klaviyo events” but I’m struggling to get the setup correctly.

Our email platform is Gmail.

Anyone with experience on this?

Here are all the triggers/ actions for Pipedrive in Zapier- https://zapier.com/apps/pipedrive/integrations

Here are all the triggers/ actions for Klaviyo in Zapier- https://zapier.com/apps/klaviyo/integrations

The sample workflow will look something like this-

  • New Event or New Profile trigger
  • Create New deal action

For replies, you can make another Zap connected to Gmail which you use as your email platform. New Email matching search can be a useful trigger for that.


This is a sample flow and you may need to add extra actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
