How to connect Hubspot and Zenoti through Zapier

  • I have a free 14 day trail with Hubspot (for customer service)
  • I have the free Zapier account
  • I have access to Zenoti (Spa booking and guest platform)

I need to connect them all, and set up tests to make sure Hubspot and Zenoti speak to each other. 

  • I have connected Hubspot and Zenoti to Zapier

I now don’t know what the next step is, to either create flows, or test? If anyone can assist me.

Hello  ​@alicemeraki  You’re on the right track, Once the apps are connected, the next step is to create a Zap and test it as you build.

Quick steps:

  1. Create a new Zap

  2. Choose Zenoti as the trigger and test it

  3. Add HubSpot as the action like Create or Update Contact

  4. Test the action and confirm it works in HubSpot

  5. Turn the Zap on

On the free Zapier plan you’re limited to single step Zaps, but that’s enough to validate things during your trials.
