I want to add on email thread messages into the same row of the first email thread! Instead of individual messages being added as individual rows. Eg next message body and time to be added on column x, y, and so on
right now I can only add them as individual rows…

Hi @Jiiiii,

Welcome to the Community.

To update an existing row in Google Sheets with new email messages from a thread, use a "Find and Update" approach in Zapier. Set the trigger to "New Email in Thread" (Gmail or Outlook), then add a "Find Row" step to locate the existing row using a unique identifier like the email subject or thread ID. Use "Update Spreadsheet Row" to modify the found row with the message body and received time. Pre-create enough columns or use the Formatter tool to append new messages in one column if needed. This ensures you update the row instead of creating new ones each time.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
