The zap creates a new record in Smartsuite when a new order is submitted from my website.
There are custom questions in the order form that are added to the record, but in their raw form they are a mess.
I think I can use “Formatter → Utilities” to clean these responses up when they are added to the record. But I’m not really sure how to it works.
