When a new Lead is created in Salesforce, and the Lead Status is Open, we use Zapier to start a workflow in Drip. What is the best way to change the Lead Status to Nurture? After we Update the Drip Subscriber and kick off the workflow, can we just change the Lead Status right after that? Currently we set a Subscriber Tag in Drip and that triggers Zapier to make the Lead Status change. But this seems convoluted and might have problems with multiple leads for multiple products…
