How to change Owner from retired member

To whom it may concern

 

I want to change our company’s owner member,
but the member was retired.

So, I want to change ownership to my account from admin.

Hi there @Shun, welcome to the Community! 👋

You’d need to transfer ownership from the retired member by following the “Transfer ownership of your team account” instructions in the Manage your Zapier for Teams account guide. 

If you’ve tried this and still need some help, please contact our Support Team so they can assist further.
