Has anyone created a Zap that triggers a new Jira ticket creation when a task is generated in Okta? For example, an assignment error or a profile push error.

Just wanted to check in here to see how you’re getting on. Did you have any luck with those trigger and action steps Troy suggested? 

If you’re still having some trouble setting up the desired workflow please do let us know where you’re getting stuck and we’ll be happy to assist further! As we don’t have access to your Zaps if you could help us by sharing some screenshots of the current set up and any errors you might be running into that would be much appreciated. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing though.
