I want my coaching clients to get a weekly check-in form (google forms), every client will have his own check-in form so i can automaticly save them in their folder. I want to have a automation in activecampaign that sends their unique link every week, without making more then 1 automation.
It probably makes it easier that i have a payment system on my website, i can get their information (email, name) from there.

I’d suggest saving their unique GForm link as a custom field on the Contact in AC.
That custom filed can be used in the email templates that are sent out by AC.
Then AC Automations should be able to handle the weekly email sends.
