How to automatically import monthly website data from Google Analytics to Google Sheets?

Is it possible to have a scenario where every month, website data from google analytics, is collated in a google sheet monthly.

Hi @applesandberries, welcome to the Community! 👋

That definitely sounds possible with Zapier! You could have a Zap that triggers each month, runs a report in Google Analytics and then adds the data into Google Sheets. A Zap with the following triggers and actions should work for this:

  • Trigger: Every Month (Schedule by Zapier) - triggers every month on a certain day/time.  
  • Action: Run Report (Google Analytics 4) - runs the desired report to get the relevant data
  • Action: Create Multiple Spreadsheet Rows (Google Sheets) - adds the data from the report into the spreadsheet.
