How to automatically forward entire email threads in Gmail?

DO YOU KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO SEND THE WHOLE EMAIL THREAD TO ANOTHER EMAIL EVERYTIME THE CONVERSATION ENDS?

 

EXAMPLE:

 

EMAIL THREAD 1 CONVERSATION ENDED AUTOMATICALLY IT WILL SEND OUT TO ANOTHER EMAIL FOR CONVERSATION PROOF REFERENCE.

@ME123  Yes, there is a way to do it.

 

  1. Trigger: New labeled email in Gmail (you could label the conversation as "Conversation Ended" to signify its end).
  2. Action: Send an email via Gmail, where the email content includes the entire thread. You would specify the recipient email address here.

Thank you for this. Is it possible that it will be limited to a particular email thread? 

Ex. Emails talking about BOL, Loads

@ME123 create your lable around this filter “BOL, Loads” so that it will only 

if you want the lables to be applied automatically then create the label as per your requirement.

If you are applying the labels manually then you are good to go, no need to worry, your zap will trigger only when that lable is applied
