Hello friends,

I have a simple form on Zapier Interfaces. Users of my site can use this form to ask questions. These questions are saved in a Zapier table. A second column shows the date when the question was asked. A third column shows an answer to the question generated by a chatbot.

Now I want to create a Zap that saves all the table entries from the last 7 days in a newly created Google Sheet every Monday morning.

Optionally, this sheet should then be sent to me by email.

I have already tried a lot, but I can't get it to work. Does anyone have an idea how I could solve this?

Thank you very much

Hi @ChristophG

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Schedule - Weekly
  2. Action: Zapier Tables - Find Records
    1. There are search operators related to dates
      1. Help: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/33533367753485-Dynamic-date-filtering-now-available-in-Zapier-Tables
  3. Action: GSheets - Create Spreadsheet
  4. Action: GSheets - Create Rows
  5. Action: Gmail - Send Email

Hello friends,

thank you very much, it worked.

The problem was that the "is within" function didn't work on "Zapier Tables - Find Records".

I added a "Formatter", now it works (I used the “is after” Operator in “find records” using the date from “Formatter”).

Here is a screenshot of the workflow in case anyone is still looking for a solution.

Thank you very much and best regards

That’s awesome news, @ChristophG! 🎉

Thank you so much for taking the time to share the solution you found—it’ll be super useful to others in the Community that run into the same issue with the “is within” function. We really appreciate it! 🤗

And a big thanks to @Troy Tessalone for helping out here! 🧡
