  • How to automate weekly emails with unique content over 10 weeks for specific HubSpot list properties?

Hi!

I’ve been trying to figure out how I could automate this so let me summarize it:
 

  1. I would be getting the email address of the recipient from Hubspot based on certain Property/List Conditions.
  2. I would send Weekly Emails, for a period of 10 Weeks, to those recipients that has the same Property/within the same List.
  3. Those emails have different content per week and will be sent to the recipients.

Number 1 is all but done since data is easily accessible, be it a trigger or not. However, Numbers 2 and 3 is the thing that I can’t figure out YET since schedule is a Trigger and not a Step. Also, the Schedule Trigger would just send the same email content weekly instead of different email contents per week.

Any suggestions on how I should proceed with this? Thanks!

We’ve got a ready-made template that you could use to set up that sort of email drip campaign workflow here: Email Campaign Portal Template

By default it’s set to send out four emails but could be adapted to send out ten emails instead. To do that you’d need to copy some of the existing steps in the Email Campaign Template 1/2 Zap (included in the template) and update them accordingly.
