How to automate email attachment (.XLS) to Google Drive and update Mailchimp audience with correct CSV formatting?

this is the flow, when we receive an email from a specific email label that contains an attachment containing data reports (xls file), this automatically get uploaded to a specific gdrive folder, then we are to pull through information from that xls file to be used to update our mailchimp audience. However, we know that this would require a csv file, so I tried converting the xls file to csv with formatter but it says that it can't be read. Also, do note that the header for our data isn't located on the first row, so I would also like to ask what to do to choose the specific row to get the headlines to be used for MailChimp

Not really helping right now as chatgpt recommend steps not avaialble in zapier anymore
