I am looking for some help with making the right zap to connect Keap and Shopify. 

 

We use the customer tag in Keap and would like to tag customers in shopify as well. Right now, we have to manually tag the accounts in shopify but wanted to see how I could set up a zap to do it.

 

Whenever we add a new tag to the customer in Keap, it adds that tag to the customer in shopify. Ideally I would like to make it so just SOME of the tags copy over but maybe that is not possible.

You could use the new tag event in Keap as your trigger step:

 

Then, I would suggest using a filter by zapier step to only allow for certain tags to go through using OR conditions.

From there, you could use the Update Customer step in Shopify to apply the tag from Keap.

 

Note, you may need to perform lookups (Find steps) within Keap and/or Shopify to be able to update the customer.
