How to automate applying templates in CoSchedule campaigns?

Hello! I’m trying to automate using CoSchedule to send out social messages from my Ghost site, but filtered based on a tag.

I got everything to work, including the filter, but the messages were either malformed or had missing or additional data.

So, I changed to creating a social campaign (project). A CoSchedule campaign is basically a holder for a series of messages all related to the same story. So, the link and title and such go into the campaign, then the messages pull their data from there.

BUT, the messages aren’t automatically added. You either have to add them manually, or apply a template.

Here’s the problem: I don’t see any way in Zapier to tell CoSchedule to apply the template. So, I still have to go into CoSchedule and manually apply the template.

Thoughts?

Hi @Bruce in Louisville

Help us have more context by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
