Is there a way I can have an email from a Mailerlite email list get automatically added to the access list of a google drive document? It’s a paid product so I only want emails added to access it but don’t want to manually add emails every time it’s purchased.

You would likely have to explore using the GDrive API to add individual emails to the file sharing preferences.
