I’m trying to add new information from Google Forms into an existent cliengo client, but when I select update customer in the action it doesn´t give me the option to add notes. only name, email, phone. 

Does anyone knows if there’s a way to do it?

I did some checking and I’m not seeing any “notes” field available on their Actualizar Cliente / Update Customer action either. I’d suggest contacting our Support team to submit a new feature request for a notes field to be added. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

In the meantime, perhaps you could use a Webhooks action to update the customer? Looking at Cliengo’s API documentation it seems like you’d want to use their Update Contact endpoint for the request. Webhooks are a bit more advanced but we’ve got a general guide to help get you started: Send webhooks in Zaps.
