How to add 1 additional user without going to full Teams plan?

We are a small company (<10 employees) and need to bring in one additional user to our plan. We do not in any way need 25 seats and the price jump between Professional and Teams is absurd. Can you please make it possible to add 1 extra seat at a time?

One option would be to use a password manager to share app logins.

Right now, the option to add extra people is only available on our Team plan as our Professional plan is meant for single users. I totally get how it feels like a big jump, especially as you only need one more user added to your account right now, so I’ve passed your request here over to our Product team. Please know our Product team does review all feedback and requests, and while they can’t reply to every request individually, hearing about situations like yours really helps give them important context when they’re considering future updates. 🙏

Just want to note that we don’t recommend sharing login access to your Zapier account, even through a password manager, as it can compromise your account security.

I wish I had a better immediate solution to suggest here. If there’s anything else I can help with in the meantime, just let me know!
