Hi there, I use Formstack to create PDFs using data merged from Airtable and then send to our clients. The issue I’m having, is the merged data doesn’t keep the font as set by my PDF template, and instead using the default font which would be because the client doesn’t have our font on their system.

 

Is there a way to embed fonts in Formstack Documents before it is sent to the client? Or is there another platform that I could add after Formstack merges the data and creates the PDF, one that simply flattens the PDF / embeds the fonts?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “Action” section of the action step that shows all of its fields. Like so:
