We are trying to estimate how many tasks we would use a month. 

I want to integrate Salesforce with Quickbooks and the workflow would start when a record is updated in SF.

When I create the first step it says that it will check Salesforce in every 15 mins. Does it mean that it will consume one task every 15 mins?

If yes, can I set a schedule to check only during business hours?
