Hi, this is my first time to create an automation, the goal is everytime there is a new lead or applicant who signed the form from the email it will get through our ATS system, but when I am mapping the information, I dont get the information per line, since it was under one line of body which is an html. I just need to get all the info that they fill up on the form, how can I break the info from the html body?

Hi @Lhynne

Good question.

Which app is sending the email?

You would need to do email parsing.
