Good day!

 

I just wanna ask why cant I view my videos from zoom cloud recording on google after it gets upload it only shows me to download it. And, when I download it, it says its unsupported?  Can someone help me with this?

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode
  • specific examples of what you are referring to about download only and unsupported

and also when this automation fires the video will be uploaded to google drive but this is the issue about it:
 

 

The video gets unplayable so, I’m curious what did I do wrong about the automation.

It looks like Zoom produces up to 2-4 different videos of the same meeting, and sends them over to us as line items. The issue is that when those line items are put into that File field, they all get zipped up into a single ZIP file.

To get around this you'll first want to run that field through a Formatter step (https://zapier.com/apps/formatter). With that step, use the Utilities > Line-items to text option, and then grab one of the recordings that are outputted and use that as in the File field in the Google Drive step.
