  • How do I use Zapier to create or update clients and invoices in Hnry from Wix bookings?

I’m helping a client use Zapier to integrate Wix with Hnry, and I’m not sure how to do the following:

 

When someone makes a booking on Wix, create a new client on Hnry if such a client doesn’t exist, then create an invoice. Or if it’s an existing client, just create an invoice for that client. 

Seems simple? But not for the Zap.

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Wix - Bookings
  2. Action: Hnry - Find Client
    1. Check the setting to create Client if not found
  3. Action: Hnry - Create Invoice
    1. Map the Client ID from Step 2
