Question

How do I use two Webhook triggers in Zapier to retrieve and correlate contact and company info in HubSpot?

Hi I need to use to different Webhook triggers each of which provide particular information. I have had problems using Sub Zaps since you can only retrieve one call sub zap per Started sub zap, any other callings will not retrieve information. 

here is how the flow looks (company and contact need to be correlated via email or domain) 

webhook1 for contact info

  1 Find Hubspot contact > 2 Find company > 3 create or update contact and > 4 create or update company 

webhook2 for company info

Some options to explore…

You could use the same Zap webhook trigger URL then use Paths with Filter conditions.

 

You can chain Zaps together using webhooks:

 

You could use a lookup table.
