How do I use Heyflow forms to recall custom text from XLS based on user answers?

Once a user submit a form in Heyflow I want to recall a custom text from an .xls made to fit the specific answers made on the form. For example: provide a diet with specific recipes based on the favourite foods the user made on the form (with conditional logic as well).
