I created a zap that will upload items that are sold, By sku, to a google sheet. However, I only want the item with that sku to be added to the spreadsheet, It is adding every item in the sale, even if its not that sku. Any idea how to aggregate that.

Try adding a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

@Troy Tessalone  I’m not really sure what you mean. Sorry, newer to this. my first step is Path rule says that if the sku as ++++ continue

my step 2 is the google sheets that says what I want it to when the SKU says this. 

When i tried to add a filter, it was basically the same thing as my path. (I’m using paths b/c dependind on the SKU I want it to go to specific spreadsheets.

Any idea?

The Filter warning indicates that the example record selected in the Zap trigger step would not have passed, which makes sense for the configured logic.

 

 

 

@Troy Tessalone that’s because the example record is not the correct sku. The program is working its just funneling every item onto the spreadsheet. So if a person buys something from that vendor with the sku  **** but also buys 9 other items, its sending them all to the spreadsheet on the same line.
