How do I upload document from email to BNTouch

Yes, this is doable in Zapier, and the issue is simply that BNTouch doesn’t automatically listen for incoming files on its own.

What’s happening is that the file needs to be captured from the email first, then explicitly sent into BNTouch using the correct action. In Zapier, start with the Email by Zapier or Gmail trigger set to “New Attachment” or “New Attachment Matching Search,” depending on how the emails arrive. Make sure the attachment object is present in the trigger test.

Next, add the BNTouch action and choose the file-related action (such as uploading or attaching a document to a contact or record). Map the Attachment File object from the email step directly into the file field in BNTouch. If BNTouch requires a contact or record ID, add a prior step to find or create that contact first.

If you receive multiple attachments or different file types, using Formatter by Zapier to line-itemize or clean the file data will make the automation more reliable. For higher volume or more flexibility, using Webhooks by Zapier to send the file to BNTouch’s API is the most scalable option.

Looks like BNTouch may have a private Zap app integration available.

Can you please clarify what exactly you want to automate?

If you want to create loan/partner/todo in BNtouch from email, you workflow will look something like this-

• New Email trigger
• Create Loan/Partner/Todo action

This is a sample workflow and you may need to add other actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
