Question

How do I upload a single file to Dropbox when an Outlook email contains multiple attachments?

I have an Outlook email that contains 5 attachments but I would only like one of the files to be uploaded to Dropbox. Is there a way to do this? Thank you.

Hi @Rob S.

Good question.

You’d be better served using Gmail, which has this Zap trigger: New Attachment

In the Zap, you can add a Filter as Step 2 to only process the desired attachments.

Hey @Rob S. Hmm, that’s a good question! How are those attachments coming across in your Zap? As a single field? Multiple fields? Comma-separated? Also, how do you decide which one you want to keep out of the 5? Is there a keyword you were hoping to search for? With a bit more information, we can see what’s possible here. Let us know! 🙂
