I have a Zapier and Active Campaign account and am trying to set a rule so that "a contact submits a form" in AC > "update contact field for phone number" with a +44 (UK). This cannot be set up solely in Active Campaign, which app is best to integrate with to allow this action?

Yeah ActiveCampaign doesn’t format a phone number automatically.However,you can format the number with the +44 and then automatically add it in your ActiveCampaign Contact data by using FORMATTER by Zapier step.
Just follow the configuration of Formatter as shared in the screenshots below where you can see the output that comes with +44. Later when create or update contact inside ActiveCampaign map the output from the Formatter step.
