How do I update or remove Facebook posts from our WordPress RSS feed when properties are removed using Zapier?

Hello

I am using Zapier to post property listings to Facebook from our Wordpress RSS feed.  This works great, however, when a property is removed from our site (and therefore is no longer in the RSS feed) we would like Zapier to remove the corresponding Facebook page post  (or at least make an update to add the appropriate update text e.g. SOLD.)

How can we do that?

Edit: I saw this post asking for the same thing:

Hi @SolaceZap,

Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to delete a Facebook post at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for this exact functionality.

I have added you to the open feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!

Hopefully, this helps.
