How do I update or delete Microsoft Office 365 events from Microsoft Outlook calendar updates?

Hi

I have managed to create a ZAP that when a new event is created in my personal Outlook calendar, it creates an event in my work Office365 calendar. Which works great!

However, I am struggling to find a way of using the same process for any updates to the event in Outlook to update the event in Office365 and likewise for any event deleted in Outlook to be deleted in Office365.

Create function is in both Outlook and Office365

Update is only in one and Delete is only in one

Any thoughts or insights please?

I’m so sorry for the delayed response here.

I have added you to the open feature request for the Microsoft Office 365 integration to support the “Update Event” action. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
