Hello

Im trying to set it up so that when a user on my wordress website’s role is changed, my spreadsheet with user data is updated.

Ive set it as below but as the ‘row’ will be depending on the lookup, im not sure what value to put there. Help would be appreciated.

Zap step 3 is configured correctly for the Row field.

Either you did not test Zap step 2 OR when you did test Zap step 2 there was no row found.

 

Try turning the Zap ON and test live.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
