How do I trigger an automated email response in GetResponse after a Wix Form submission via Zapier?

Dear Community,

 

does anyone know if  and how it is possible to start an automation- Email response, after the customer filled in a WIX form.

The connection between wix form - zapier and get response is working, but if a new member is in the list, the automation Email series wouldn`t start.

Is that possible? Do I have to look in Get Response, thy say I shall ask WIX, they don`t know and siad maybe Zapier?

It is frustrating!

Wix has native automations: https://support.wix.com/en/article/wix-automations-getting-started

 

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings.
