Can you trigger a zap once a date field in Salesforce is in the past?

Hi @cbh

You may have to explore using Salesforce Automations to trigger a Zap.

Hey @Troy Tessalone, can you explain more? Does that mean I’ll need to create something in Salesforce initially?

@cbh

Yes the automation may need to be created in Salesforce to trigger when a Date field has passed.

If you want to use an existing Salesforce Zap trigger, then the Salesforce automation would need to be configured to do that event. (e.g. change a field)

@Troy Tessalone understood, do you happen to know of any documentation around this process from the Salesforce side or have experience with it?
