I was able to set up a Zap from once a client schedules a time that it creates the session in Squadcast.
What I am not able to figure out is how to get the details of the show to the client with a Zap.
I have reached out to all the places and have come up empty-handed. If you have a solution I would be so grateful to learn.

I don’t know what it looks like to provide, just the concept.
I have it set now then when someone books a recording in Calendly the ZAP creates the recording in SquadCast, what I need is how to get that information to the recording.
What ZAP could I use to complete this outcome.

What are you trying to do with the information to the recording from SquadCast?
e.g. send an email
if via email, then send an email with what email app?
