I have a Zap that is using a catch hook to pull info submitted into an Elementor form and put it into Monday work management where we have it functioning like a CRM.
We’re using the Pretty Links plugin to redirect our affiliates to a standard www.site.com/get-started link, but obviously, we want to track where the leads came from. I can see within the Pretty Links plugin that it’s tracking the IPs etc where submissions are coming from, but I’d like to pull that info directly into their Monday file.
Right now, the link I’m being shown with the Catch Hook is the main get-started link. Would dearly appreciate some assistance on this one!

You may have to work with Pretty Links Support to determine if there is a way to send additional data points to the Zap webhook configured in the Elementor Form.
