Question

How do I track activity for specific boards in a Trello workspace?

I’m interested in tracking any activity happening across any board of a specific workspace.

However, when I connect my Trello account, it gives it permission to all workspaces I’m in, and I don’t see the ability to choose.

On the other hand, I just tested the “New activity” Trello action but it’s not exactly what I want, because it forces me to either pick a board, or will only track _my_ activity across all boards. And even if I pick the latter, it’s not useful because it will use all workspaces, but seemingly I can’t filter them.

Any pointers?

Hi @PyData Madrid

You would probably have to explore an advanced approach using Trello Webhooks: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/trello/guides/rest-api/webhooks/

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

This will generate a unique webhook url to configure in Trello.
